Residents should have an interest in a drug-free living environment, be free from drug withdrawal symptoms, and may have recently completed medical or drug rehab/detox.
Residents can stay as long as they wish, as long as they abide by the policies & procedures and remain alcohol and drug free

All residents will be screened by the manager. This may involve an in-person or video interview. Policies and procedures will be discussed prior to acceptance. Manager will be present for move-in day and introduce resident to home and roommates (if available)
Rent is due every week. Clients can fulfill payment obligations in a variety of ways which can be discussed prior to admission
